Returns & Replacements Policy

At MAGICEGGS Perfume, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Perfume bottles must be sealed, not sprayed or tampered with.

Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) is required.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used perfumes

Items purchased on clearance or marked “final sale”

Gift cards or promotional items
3. Replacements
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
We may ask you to return the original item before shipping a replacement.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or replacement:

Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

Ship the item back to the return address provided.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless due to our error.
